Unique in non-judgement

You don't want anyone (me!) to tell you what to do or what to eat? You do want to feel better? You have a hunch food may play some part in why you don't feel good? Then this is the first book to pick up!

The Yoga of Eating is not a diet or a nutrician book. There are lots of those I highly recommend. But if you want to avoid conflicting messages and just want to be inspired to introduce you to your own body, start with this book.  It's about self trust and self exploration. It will probably give you a good idea what you want to read next to continue on the path of feeling better.
