This cookbook is full of great recipes and food inspiration. I love the cucumber watercress soup and the onion bread. I do tend to reduce his nama shoyu measurements and olive oil. In general all the recips are too salty.

I think a lot of the recipes are great transition to raw recipes but if you’ve been raw for longer and like things a bit simpler it is easy to adapt the recipes to your tastes.
