Since I am the author, I cannot review this. I can say that it is only an ebook with the publisher now. The paperback is out of print and is sometimes available as a used or left over new book. The paperback is $4.95 at Authorhouse.com as an instant book with no tax in a free download until 2009, and then I am not sure. It may be unavailable after that or it may be revised or it may be in paperback again.
