I just finished this book a few days ago and ended up buying it for a few friends for Christmas. I really liked it. I think it has a very practical approach and gives an interesting account of Hendricks' personal experiences with spiritual growth. Its a very fast read and a pretty simple book. And I like that because its more about making shifts in your life than learning something on an intellectual level. I don't think that people have to read the book to get the message or answer “the question”. As a therapist I think he gives interesting descriptions of his process that can be helpful in examining one's false beliefs or what is causing one to be “stuck” but you can also just get a copy of the worksheet on his website.
