give and take while you sit

A very good story with so much truth. It was very hard to put down. For the yogi it makes your heart sing!

Breathe and Smile

What makes this so endearing and effective is the storytelling - this is a work of very truth-full fiction, and so all the precepts become real and juicy and personal. It's easy to see how yoga works through the characters working through their practice, with different obsacles and lessons.  There's a lot of power in being able to play the “what would so-and-so do?” game, and fiction can make ideas much more immediate than even the best explanation.
