This book reminds me that it is so simple to get what and where I want in life. I especially found the chapter on worthiness the biggest help to me. Much of my life has been a struggle between what I want and what I have felt (deep inside) that I deserved. I write more lists of what I want in my life, and I let the universe show me the way.
I read the original certsion over 20 years ago, and it was an interesting read at that time, but i didn’t stick with the one lesson it offered. With this updated version, not only is the original message clarified, but the added keys offer more understanding why and how it works. I have used several of the keys in this book with great success. My favorite chapter is the “Why not you”. It addressed several areas where a person might not feel worthy of success and how they are stopping themself, and then the keys summarized how to make changes in your thoughts and actions to get through these personal limitations. Its more than just explanations or summaries, its a how-to book.

Struggle ends where commitment begins.

I appreciate that Davenport enhances the original works and acknowledges the original author of It Works. the material that Davenport has added to the original text makes this book a greater learning as well as reference tool. Several times as I find myself in an emotionally difficult place, not moving forward in my life, I can refer back to one of the tools, referred to as “keys” in this book and find an exercise that will help me get out of my rut and begin moving forward again.
So many jewels in each chapter.
