I read the Seth books many years ago. I had one profound experience that stays with me. In one of his books, he describes how a spirit/life comes into the woman’s body. When I read that description, I got such a clear image, I immediately broke into tears and felt a great burden lifted. I had had an abortion, and although I knew it was the right thing for me and had no regrets, I spoke to that little spirit throughout with great love and sorrow for not being able to share this life, I carried it until then, somehow.
