For me, there probably isn't a more perplexing philosophical argument that occupies more of my brain space. The thing that I love about René Descartes is that his arguments are accessible and bizarre. And of course Meditation I partially inspired the Turing Test and continues to inspire much of the work that is being done within the field of artificial intelligence.
